Maybe I can help by drinking as much wine as possible??? ;)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9311174.post-1155421077163844662006-08-12T15:17:00.000-07:002006-08-12T15:17:00.000-07:00Your point about using all agricultural products i...Your point about using all agricultural products is right on. Now wonder that we are destroying th e planet the way we waste things. As a wine drinker and a human being, I find this to be unacceptable! Ever since you talked about organic wine from Spain we have been looking for that and can usually find it. But if this new law passes it will probably be the small organic vinyard that can't continue. And they are just the ones that we need the most. I used to think that the EU was a good idea but don't they have something better to do?eAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9311174.post-1150427721526923772006-06-15T20:15:00.000-07:002006-06-15T20:15:00.000-07:00When we were in Burgundy last year, we did some wi...When we were in Burgundy last year, we did some wine tasting at small family run vineyards. It is terrible to think that these very places might be put under the plow. Your idea about saving the vines for better purposes is right on. Can't the grapes be used for juice or grape seed extract and then maybe put back to use for wine if the market changes? We clicked thru and read the article that you linked to. It seems like the EU is working against itself with infighting. We are hoping that the vote doesn't approve these proposals.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
